AND COUNTING keeps time from a date visible. It does not provide treatment, counselling or crisis care. If you want help with drinking, drugs, stopping smoking, stopping vaping — or somebody else's use — these UK services and communities are places to start.
Links and contact details checked 28 September 2026. Services can change; the provider's own page is the current authority.

A SIMPLE BOUNDARY
AND COUNTING records the calendar time from the date you choose. It does not know whether you drank, smoked or used drugs after that date, and it does not assess recovery, dependence or relapse. If professional, clinical or peer support is part of your journey, keep using it.
